Deducted balace

Hi, I am having Idea pre paid connection and i have activated internet pack of Rs 98/- on 12th March howver on 21st March after 11PM they have deducted Rs 32/- from my main balace and when i called them replied that i have exceed the 1 day limit of some 70 mb.

However i have paid Rs 98 for 2GB and valid for 1 month and no one shopkeeper of customer care as i called them before activating this pack for details not inform me this thing.

So now how can they deduct this.

They are not ready to listearn any thing, can u help me in this.
