Alance wrongly deducted

Sir on 1 april I purchased a new prepaid connection of idea. I got 89 Rs balance. After that I called customer care to get the details for GPRS. for this call it was supposed 50 p charges for 3 minutes. My conversation was ended in those 3 minutes. But after that They deducted 5 Rs 2 times, that means total 10 Rs. They deducted the money at around 8 pm. I called customer care to get the details of that deduction. The customer care executive asked me to call after 4 hrs. When I called after 4 hours, then the executive told me that no such charges has been deducted. Kindly solve my problem. Even I have spent approximately 5 Rs only in calling several times to the customer care. Sir at least tell me why those charges were deducted.
