Mobile Bil for cug Call Charges & excess billing

My self, JAI BHAGWAN is an employee of Honda Motorcycle&Scooter Pvt ltd. Manesar-Gurgaon. I have got a new connection under CUG scheme from IDEA
With mobile No. 9891359393 & 9891358484 .
But on receiving my latest bill I have seen that charges are made on the calls which are made within group, that has to be free of cost as per CUG plan. and i have paid my first bill dated of 01.04.2011.
Again in next bill the same is repeated with extra charges of sms
I have complained to customer care 8-9 times for the reversal of charges but they have taken no action against it. so please solve my problam.
