Non delivery of bill

I am a customer of IDEA Cellular since the past many years. I had taken a new connection and the bill is due for payment today. However, the bill was not even sent nor any email was issued by IDEA. On the last day of the bill due date after calling them they say that the email has to be verified by the customer by sending a sms which will take 7 days for verification. This is utter harassment and nonsense these people it seems are taking the customer for a ride!!!
