Cuting of balance

I had call from idea company.

the exeucative tell me about offer of IDEA talkis.

I heard that offer and doesnt reply yes or no.

after call ending i had a message that "you have charged RS 75/15 Days.

My balance Of 75 Rs is deducted.

I am confused that If i doent reply anything then how was my balance is deducted.

I m asure that i doesn't have refund balance but it can happen to others.

so i register a complaint to avoid that thing from others.

hope that attention will be given to the complaint.
