Unfair Deduction

Idea is providing very bad service in West Bengal. I am very much frustrated by this company. Always they are deducing my balance unfairly, unnecessarily. At the time of complain to customer care they always say system is not updated. Why company is using this type slow system. even after 2 day of balance deduction system is not updated. Not a single problem is resolved by this company.

And I have faced one more problem with customer care, They talks very rudely. As a service provider they should have manner, As one customer care representative was talking in very bad language and bad manner when he knew I am not bengali, this type of difference by a person in india is how much right?? I got this complain portal very late, I forgot the name of that customer relation officer otherwise I would surely complain against him.
