Services start without any intimation

I was very satisfied with services provided by idea. But now from last month,

automatically services get started and my balance is deducted. On sending the deact message, the message is not able to send, after hot discussion idea agreed to return 10 rs to my account.

in last week again triple bonanza service is activated automatically and in 6 days my 30 rs. got deducted, on discussion with customer care, they are not ready to repay back my balance.

If this will be the case then i will not be able to go with Idea.
