Invalid deductions

Dear sir,

I am really annoyed with idea customer care officers who sit at 12345 helpline.

Secondly Idea 's technical services are very faulty.

I have lost more than rs 400 since march on account of internet usage and the reality is that I have not used internet from my mobile.

This is a serious technical fault on the side of idea and it comes under the category of fraud and cheating with the customer.

This is my repeated complaint since march. There has been repeated deductions from my prepaid number 9694858985 since march. I have asked cust care many times and they tell that its due to internet usage, but I am not using internet from my mobile. Kindly check why this deductions is happening on my number. This is my repeated 4 th complaint since march. You can check my records in your system and till now my complaint has not been resolved. The cust care officers, instead of listening to me, have been disconnecting my talks in middle. So now I had no other option, which is why I am writing this to you, .Kindly do something about your cust care service officer who sit at 12345.

Kindly check my complaint and tell me urgently.

I want strict action to be taken against idea.

I also want a refund of at least rs 200.
