Lifetie valid SIM deactivated

Hello my name is H. Verma with Idea Sim phone number - 98260-38041. This SIM had a lifetime validity but now when I used it after 1 month it says that this SIM is deactivated temperorily. Please let me know how will this SIM be activated again.
