Deduction of money without any noledge

Sir, my name s meraz ahmad, i'm having connection of idea (mbile service provider) since on 23/05 they have deducted 50 rs from my balance, and when i demanded the cause of it, i did not got any responses, more over when i asket them for the clarification, the customer care executive (mr. jitendra) was threatning me, all these has made me fred up, now i'm planning to change my no, buut before that i want to teach them the leasson of discipline.

i dont know why the hell idea is trying to add new customers, if it s not being handle its older ones.

i really need help.
