WRONG DEDUCTION

Ya vikas is right, I am from pune, just 2 month before I have changed my service from vodaphone to idea. but there 3g signal is not available most of the time. call is cutting off in between. and they are doing lot of deductions which actually I have not subscribed for. they are renewing it also without my permission. when called to customer care the lady is behaving like she is doing some favor. this is not the matter of rs 2 or rs5. u urself calculate if they have deducted rs2 from there 10l subscribers so they got rs 20l u urself can imagine how big money they are making. this is also a cheating. I know if even I change my service provider nothing is going to happen with idea. but at least I'll change. I have better experience with airtell same thing happend there but within no time they have refunded my amount with proper response. thanks u have given me such services for 2 months.
