Incorrect deduction

On 23/04 I have received a mesage from idea that "Thank you for activating CRICCHAT Pack for Rs 20 Shahid Afridi%__" After that I have checked that Rs 20 has been deducted from my balance. But from my point of view I have not activated any kind of service on that day. So I have lodge a complaint (Complaint no. 1-15210421603) on 24/04. After that I have called to customer care for many times. But every time they kept me under a time period to give a feedback. After a long period on 30/05 a msg came as "Dear customer, your concern for incorrect deduction could not be resolved. Kindly contact customer care. Thank you." Also my amount has not been returned. So again I called to customer care and they told me that it was not their mistake and the amount can not be returned.
