I was using the online recharge service of idea at the date 15-5-11, which

reference number is MCIT1054552266 & MCIT1054553132

transaction id is 7960337 & 7960375

my complaint is that transaction successful but balance was not credited on my mobile account and which number is 9889478393

when i was contact to idea customer care, they cannot help me so i was feel very cheated like this type of fraud.
