Unknown calle

Hi Sir/madam

i have idea connection and i am getting calls and texts from unknown caller from ph number:9216519444.when searched on net its from punjab abd service provider is tataindicom. Getting calls late nights nd texts also i am just irritated and annoyed from this caller as he is trying to get in my personal life.please take some action as soon as possible and if possible let me know the details of this caller as my father is in police, i need to inform him if nothing happenned.
