Getting promotional calls

Sir,

This is to inform you that i, SHAMBHU KUMAR THAKUR, cell phone no 9088151799 getting frequent promotional calls form 9088844274 and some other numbers as well i am not remember all of those and its really frustrating, i lodge a complaint to the customer care at 9088012345 but nothing can be done till date.

Sir, let me tell you that i have activated my DND service long ago even though i am getting that calls.

Sir, what further can be done so that such kind of calls can be restricted and serious action should be taken if not.

Please suggest!
