To activate "GPRS and 3G plan" in my mobile without my consultation/information and deduct money fot it

Dear sir

I recharged my prepaid mobile by internate on 8 July with Rs 450/- for talk time. At the time of recharging I didn`t get any message/information regarding GPRS plan activation. But after some time i got a message that GPRS plan is activated in my number, without any information and without my consultation.and i got zero rupees balace in talk time. kindly deactivate "GPRS and 3G plan" and deposit this amount as talk time in my mobile.

I complaint in customer care and request him to convert this amount as talk time but they were not responding well. I tried several times but they simply disconnect the call.

Sir I have no requirement of "GPRS and 3G plan" so kindly deactivate GPRS and 3G plan and deposit amount as "talk time" in my mobile.
