Cut amount of idea music station. without acess etc

My no.9785782370, and cut amount of 25rs from my a/c for idea music station without my interest, when I want to access music station then answered that your free minutes completed while not access single minute, customer care say you dial 542313 for access music station but when call on 542313 then same answered that your free minutes completed and want top up press1.and rupees 2/- deduct from my main balance. when complained customer care then no any response and cut the call, same on 198 .

what i do??

how complaint on consumer forum where it solve.
