Refund of amount

Respected sir,

Myself, Prashanth S.N doing Ph. D in Karnatak University, Dharwad. I am a user of idea since 4 years and my number is 9964666915, and i was using internet plan simplyenjoy. I unsubscribed this facility 5 months ago, but every month amount is being deducted from my balance for this. I complained about this to customercare many times, but my problem is not solved. I expect this to be solved immediately and my deducted amount to be refunded, else i would be forced to go to consumer court.
