Balance deduction

Sir,

I had done a recharge on my no 9826421360 of rs19 (internet voucher) from idea portal on 1 sep at mid nit 12.30 am. which was shown successful, and i got a conformation message in mid night 1 am that i got 300 MB data usage. On the same day i have access the net n my balance is cont. to deduct which i seen on next day i.e. on 2nd Sep. when i call customer care about this the told that the plan was not activated on your no. n the deduction was right.

N i have to lost me almost rs 80 as a surfing charge for which i got the conformation msg that the recharg was successful. Now the company is saying that the charges were right n cannot n refunded. i want my full refund which i had lost in surfing on 1st of sep.
