Echarge not sucessful

Dear all

I am anuj sharma using idea prepaid number. on 29th september i recharged my idea prepaid account online of 350 rs but till today i did not get any balance in my cell.my bank account has been debited with 350.i called on 198 from my number but i was told to wait.recharge process was i visit on ideacellular.com and there was an option to recharge.i click on that and fill the amt of recharge and then i recd a code then i fill that code and then complete online bank transaction.here is given all detail of mine...

and i even have transaction id and name of the idea cellular in my bank statement.pls let me know if it is to tell u.
