Unnecessary balance cutting

I am totally fade up with the unnecessary balance cutting by Idea. I had raised complaints about the notification coming from Idea about other services like Box Office, Download Ringtones etc... i told them to discontinue all the other service and notification 2 months back. After that i didn't received any feedback from them. And yesterday when i got that my call balance cut down suddenly without any notification from IDEA. How idea can activate such service with a notification call or massages. THIS IS HARASSMENT nothing else. When i call to customer care about the balance deduction then he replied that they cant do anything about it right now.

I AM NOT JUST EXPECTING ANY RESPONSE FROM THE OFFICIALS I ALSO NEED MY DEDUCTED BALANCE BACK ASAP. ELSE I LL SUE YOU GUYS...
