Incorrect Call Charges and Deduction

Hi,

I am using Idea Cellular's prepaid mobile from past 7 years. My no is 9822600662.

From past few days when I make call to any mobile (national call), incorrect call charges are being applied. My plan is of .60Paisaminute but I am being charged .75Paisamin consistently for national calls.

I have also raised complaint SR1-18767812808 and calling to cutomer care again and again. Thry have closed the issue saying, charges applied are correct. I must have talked for more than a hour now with them and have wasted money and time.

I am not getting any help from Call Centers and various Sr. Executive like Vjay, Mahesh et all.

I request you to kindly look into this issue.
