NETSETTER 699 PLAN REIMBURSEMENT

Dear sir,

I took idea "netsetter 699" plan on 07/08 and paid Rs 500 as security deposit at that time which was refundable at the time of disconnecting/discontinuing the plan. I applied for the disconnection and got the same disconnected as on 07/01.After few months of disconnection i.e in july i got a call from idea asking my address so that they could send a cheque/DD of the security deposit amount in my name but till date they have not send any. From last 4 months i am continuosly calling the concerned person but no one is attending the call.kindly help.
