I am a idea user since 3 years . in this 3 year i get messages for deposit documents and i had deposited 4 to 6 time . again i am getting the same message from yesterday to deposit . i don't know why ...??? there no answer in costumer care also.

i think company don't know that for once to deposit document one service person have to take time from office with a expense of photo and other . why this all...???

i had registered DND now automatically that moved . when i ask to customer care there answer that " sir woh purane register hai, you have to do again... whats this non-seance ...???

you know for again register i have to disturb 1 month coz it take time...

is there any one have answer... plz give me reply - - - thanks, SURESH
