Balance Deduction

Sir

Idea company has deducted money (balance) from my SIM no. 9926501831 . I have complaint company on 24 of october. When i talked with idea custmer care many times they replied that they will refund my balance within 7 days. But still it didn't refund my balance. Sir Idea company's operater always deduct my balance without my permission and information. So please stop them for this type of deduction and tell them to refund my balance as early as possible.
