Balance credit

I have purchase a GSM SIM of IDEA Mobile (09088247427) on dated 22.11.11 and for testing I have make a call at my personal number @0.40 paisa/min on same day, but unfortunately on next day (23.11.11) at evening credit Rs, 20 from main balance on reason/cause of downloading (information from customer care of IDEA Cellular Operates) but, I am and no body nothing download from this mobile number, then I am call at Nodal Officer and Appellate Authority from this number, but no one receive my call. I have expend from my main balance (Rs.50.00) just Rs.1.20 (Rs0.40 x 3 call), but now on this time 7.07 pm my balance is Rs, 28.80.
