Dedection of balance

Dear sir,

I have a mobile connection of Idea no 9891104066. & Idea charged me wrongly so many time & today they deduct my balance 2 times. First charge 20 rs for Internet pack at time 1511 hrs from (51985). Second Time charge 75 rs for Mobile box office At time 1851 from (ID-IDEA). When I call to Customer care center, there is no positive response & representative Mr. salman misbehave with me. Its me who knows abut your web address so i complaint it but there is a poor people who don't know what is the process after grievance. So please do necessary action about my complaint against Idea telecommunication. I am not only person who suffering this problem.
