Paying no heed to my complaints

Dear sir,

I subscribed a hello tune a few months back (approx 3 months back). after a few days i unsubscribed it but still the hello tune continued and my money was deducted from my balance. the next month i unsubscribed it again but again my main balance was reduced to rs.0. I called up the idea customer care but they did not answer my call. after a week i recharged my Sim and i was shocked to see that the company had again charged me. in one month i was charged twice! i called up the customer care again but in vain. im still calling them but there is no response. im not being able to recharge and all my work is being troubled. please look into the matter and help me as soon as possible. thanking you.
