Deduction of Rs 30 for MKR service not required

Sir Rs 30 Deducted from prepaid a/c on 17/1 for Mitti K Rang Charges Which is not requested to activate this service. Immidiately I have sent message to No 50789 to deactivate and credit Rs 30 to my a/c but it is not been done so far. Again I have sent message on 18/1 to the same No. But no responce to my request. It is a type cheating the IDEA consuners My Mobile No is 9844737664 and my Email address is ramalleshappa@yahoo.com. If you are not deactivate this and credit Rs 30/- to my prepaid a/c I am force to approch consumer form for remidy.and also I am force to take out your sim and going for other co.service which give better service
