Paying no heed to my complaints

Espected sir,

a few days back i had lost my idea Sim card and i complained it to them and they said they have deactivated my Sim but 2 days back when i called at that number it was in use by a stranger. idea is neither receiving the calls nor is their customer service department answering to my calls im very tensed whether the card is in a wrong hand. please help sir. my number is 9088033835
