Hello sir I have got the sim of the idea cellular and on the date 15/2 at 3.2 pm I have got the message of the activation of the India talkies service and 75 rs amt balance was deducted without my confirmation please sir help me Idea has done fraud with me...

I have told them I am going to complain in consumer forum They have told me that consumer forum cant do nothing ur in India not in America

Please sir take some legal action to teach them lesson
