Egarding regular balance deduction

I am a customer of IDEA GSM my number is 9525736968 and on 18 Feb. 2012 they have deducted Rs.50 and no information send on my no. through company, When I called to customer care they told that there is a technical problem in the system so I cannot help you, you call after some time interval I called 100 times but no one can help me which I had not. This is not the first time it has happened to me. I was using IDEA from more than 6 month, after using of one month there are many times my balance deducted, lastly on 15 feb.2012 30 rs also deducted but now after these incidence I think I have no other option than to port out of IDEA. I am suffer from a mentally harassment through the IDEA gsm company from last few months to this time there are many packs activated on my numbers. So humble request to kindly help me sir my last request is please look into the matter as soon as possible. And I can still stay with IDEA only if i get my all deducted money back.
