Balance Deduction

I have a prepaid connection since 4 years.

That number is 9904459385.

I got harass to use this number because this service provider deduct my balance again and again.

when i file a complain to customer care some time i got solution and sometime the customer executive not to agree to hear any thing that this is a wrong deduction.

I did request 2 times for Mobile Number portability but that time Idea customer executive called me and say that further you will not face any problem about the same.

But same problem is continues till now.

In Past 4-5 days i have lose my 20 Rs. balance again. i called customer care but they said that you had to pay charge for GPRS use. But I am sure that i did'nt use gprs. SO I WANT TO REFUND MY WRONG DEDUCTED BALANCE.

So Please Take quick action about the same
