Unusually chargege

Dear sir,

i have a no of idea postpaid last few month once i did a call c care for confirmation of my internet service98 tariff pack activate or deactivate the employee say sir ur service is aalready activated on ur no. on 15th of feb then i used mobile services and next day i check my bal. amount rs@1760 on one day then i call again c care n ask about my bal he say that ur ur internet tarriff is not activate till so this bal is payable by u but when i confermed it then i used so pls understand my problem and resolve soon
