Add on connection

I have two connections with idea but the company is not able to provide me the add on connection. FI report given by the agency was negative, for unknowm reason. Since then I have spoken to Mr Paritosh & Mr Manish to send the agency man once again but with no result. I have gone to the office located at Palasia Indore several times but the result is the same. I among ofthe oldest customer who is using the services from the day it's been launched in Indore.

I think the Idea people have no idea how they are going to give me the add on connection. So what's the meaning of telling the people to get an Idea.
