Good morning to you, I am idea Customer. I have two sim. I bought a prepaid Sim (number is-9767323870 and 9689189460) for retailer from pune. He is authorized ideal retailer. I submitted all original documents at time. The Sim was activated under 24 hour but i got a sms after the few days that your id is not submitted. OK no problem I went to My idea office and I had submitted copy of Voter card, copy of pan card, copy of passport, and recent colour photo. The Sim will run continuously but after some time we had heard same sms and call on my mobile again i followed same path again. I have submitted my documents copy original in your office 5-time. first of all kindly looking into the matter and you please gave me explains-ion where is gone my id copy. I want to compensation for inconvinency.
