Unfriendly behaviour of Customer Care Executive

Hi!

I had Dialer Tone issue with Idea mobile number 9824845647, so I called 198 at about 8:00 pm on 17th June to resolve it. I talked with a customer care executive and told him to add a complaint for the issue. Instead he gave me a wrong complaint number "12345". I asked execute his name. He replied with "Rowdy Rathore" while making fun of customer.

Kindly look for the matter and take appropriate steps against this person.
