Hi My name is Roshan Jadhav, My Idea Mobile No is 9702496996, I am using ideas services from last so many days, today i got sms stating that "Thank you for downloading Chinta ta ta chita chita from shortformats, you have been charged Rs. 20", but i have not done that transaction after confirming with CM service, first officer who took my call MR . Atik Sayyed told me that they don't have details about the same, so i asked him to transfer the call to Manager then he said no manager is available on the floor which is wrong thing, after insisting he transfer the call to one another guys whos name is Sunil Jadhav, but while talking to him i understand that he cant be a manager because even he cant speak english... he put me on the hold for approximate 20-25 mins... is this the cm service IDEA is providing???
