IDEA deducted my balance using an IDEA Cheating

Hi my name is rajasekaran and my number is 9500517485 belongs to IDEA service. Today (04/07) morning i called 53535 to get loan 3 rupess from idea. They said like 'congralulation we provided a loan of 3 rupees'. But i didnt get 3 rupess for some more time. I called customer service and talked with MUTHURAMALINGA, he didnt give correct reason then disconnected my call without informing. Again i tried and talked with some other one. He too does not given correct reason. Now i recharged with 30 rupess and checked he balance it is 19.70, normally it would be 23.70, they deducted my balance 4 rupees for that loan. I am so shocked. Great cheating. WHAT AN IDEA SIRJI, no ji it is CHEATING Ji.
