Sim card is closed without informing me

I am using idea mobile no 7359555545 it is a golden no. On one day suddenly closed my sim i went to the idea office the replaced my sim without any reason and next day tell me that your no is closed

They are calling for skims and callertunes then they cant call that pls recharge your account

Now my no is closed and i dont have that golden words to tell 555545...
