Not getting full talk time

I have received call from idea custemercare (NOMBER: 19737450854 on 23/07 at 12:34 pm) stating that if you recharge with Rs 60 then you will get full talk time of Rs 60 but i have not got full talk time.i also complaint in idea care but did not received satisfactory answer. (My mo.9714068653)
