Iam getting your last 2 years mobile no.9848494423 . i had deduction of charges my account for news pack. iam not activeted news pack. always charges to news pack my deduction and at the time office work more calls from idea disturb to my work. idea celluar fraud to vas deduction. Pl to take action. if not taken action customer always suffering and unbelieve your services
