No customer support. Without doing verfication, saying negative verfication

Idea Celluar, Is not doing verification and disabling the service. They do not come for verification and say that address miss match, although address is correct. They had hang up me outgoing and asking me to go to idea outlet. Not at all helping me out.even after providing proper documents.
