Status of MNP (Not Ported)

Hi,

This is Venu Gopal with post paid Idea mobile number 9848565382. I have applied for MNP (Porting Out) from IDEA to Docomo on 31st January. But till now my service hasnt been ported out. I have called the Idea people regularly for which they told me that I have to clear the unbilled amount. After paying also they havent diconnected the account. So regarding this Iam totally upset with the customer service officials, where they are showing no kind of responsibility on part of their service.

So kindly want to know what is the next step I can proceed with.
