Dear Sir,

I am holding celular mobile services. I am already having a BPL, Reliance, Vodaphone sims.

I have been regularly requesting Idea to activate my International roaming and ISD for which I am ready to pay the required 3000 deposit. They are not activating the same stating reasons that a chargeble service of call conferencing is already active on my number, which is true

I have already explained them many times that BPL, Reliance, Vodaphone are offering call conferencing free of charge and then too I am having ISD on all my same numbers. Here even after charging for call conference the company is not swtarting ISD service.

My compalints are taken only verbally, but nothing is materialising till date.

Please suggest me what should be done.
