Overcharging and not transperency in the service

Hi I am using Idea from last few months, my no is 9922995059. Resently one of my friend brought docomo GSM card and idea start me charging STD rate for it. Then i have launch complain for that but till that my bill cross the usable limit due to there fault my actual bill was 640Rs and i have been forced to pay 2000Rs. Now after 4 days again they have block my outgoing and asking to 1500Rs. and saying after bill genration it will be added to owercharge amt will be revert back to the account.

Its ridiculous as its there system fault not my.
