Wrong Deduction of amount

Dear Sir,
Idea cellular deducted my amount for gprs usage. when i complaint against this wrong deduction they provide me one report of usage of gprs.
As per your attached report i used GPRS 3 times but Idea Cellular deducted my balance 4 times (Rs.5 each).
As per Idea attached report debit amount is showing for three usage given below
1.GPRS usage Rs.0.067558
2.GPRS usage Rs.0.5723436
3.GPRS usage Rs.0.0
Kindly deduct only Rs.0.06399016 for above gprs usage and revert my balance amount. Kindly revert Rs.5 of 4th usage that not mentioned in your report.
Kindly revert my balance amount.
