Idea moving supreme court against confirmed disputed bill

I have been constantly forced by Idea to pay the bill for mobile no. 9891830926 which in under dispute for last 4 months due to non-reversal of CLIR (Caller Line Identification restriction) charges of Rs.300/- per month. Despite of their constant commitment and confirmation for the reversal of charges, they have not only failed to live up to their promises in last few months but as their last attempt to collect the outstanding balance on the most recent bill, they have sent me a threatening supreme court notice asking me to pay the bill as soon as possible. As prevention is better than cure, i have 13 different recorded conversations to sue idea for testing my patience.
