My friend lost his mobile phone which has IDEA POSTPAID connection few days ago. So with concern to security he tried to inform on idea customer care. The worst part of idea customer care is that if you want to register a complaint of lost of sim (post-paid), you have to call from some IDEA post-paid only. Do IDEA management does not have sense that if someone has lost his sim-card how he will be able to call?? That person then have to search for some one who has idea post-paid connection them only he can register his complaint..Don't they think that this wrong management of their service???
