Alance deducted without any request of joke msg

I am receiving the joke message from ID-55456, I have not requested for same. Two times, I have already contacted to customer care and they assured that this will be deactivated but soontherafter without my consent . wonder is too much that they are charging for that and deducting same from my prepaid balance.

It is requested to look into the matter and get it stop, while i am facing lots of problem by loosingh my financial and mental balance. I am suffering for those, which i have not appealed. My Cell no. is 9598662099
